Yes, Poshi is a fully vegan brand. None of our products contain ingredients from animals.
With exception of “Cauliflower” and "Mediterranean Three Bean Salad" - all of our veggies are Kosher certified.
Our veggies are not organic. - They are all-natural, Non-GMO Project certified, and free from artificial ingredients and additives.
Yes, all of our products are naturally gluten free.
No, our veggies do not contain palm oil ingredients.
No, we do not irradiate our veggies.
Our products DO NOT contain any of the big 8 food allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybean).
However, if you are uncertain, we always suggest consulting your physician.
1. Lactic acid in our products is obtained from the fermentation of sugar (sugar cane and sugar beet)
2. Ascorbic acid: It is from sorbitol, which is obtained from sugar.
* However, it is important to let you know that "citric acid" is obtained from corn.
We understand your concern. Poshi's production line has its own unique protocols (material, cleaning, verification, etc.). It is separated from the other production lines to avoid cross-contamination, so you may safely consume our veggies without worrying about peanuts or sesame allergens.
We are extremely confident that you will love Poshi! However, sadly, we know that sometimes Poshi is just not quite the right snack or food option for some people. You can certainly ask for an exchange or full refund, under the following conditions:
1. The product is faulty or damaged.
2. The product is delayed 10+ days, and has not shipped yet.
3. You received the wrong product(s).
If you need to return, exchange, or process a refund for your order, please email our team at email@example.com with your order number, images of the faulty/damaged/wrong product(s) as well as the reason why you would like a refund or exchange.
Our Customer Service Team will then ask a few mandatory questions regarding your request in order for us to avoid people taking advantage of our exchange/refund policy.

First, you will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed from our end. From there, It will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank.
Please note, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days before getting in touch about your refund. If it takes any longer than 10 days, we would recommend contacting your bank directly.
