Refund policy

At Poshi, we want you to have a great experience with every order. Because our products are food items, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than general merchandise. Please review the policy below.

Shipping Availability and Processing

We currently ship to all U.S. states except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed.

If your order is significantly delayed and has not been delivered within 15 business days, you may be eligible for a refund. This does not apply to delays caused by the shipping carrier due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control, including holiday-related shipping delays.

Returns

Because Poshi products are food items, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to review it and help make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the issue for a replacement or refund.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please submit the following through our contact form or by email:

  • Order number / proof of purchase

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Lot code

  • Expiration code (Best By date)

Providing these details helps us investigate the issue properly and improve quality control.

Claim Window

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any damaged, defective, incorrect, or delivery-related claims.

Taste Preference

We understand taste is personal, and not every product will be the right fit for everyone.

For that reason, we are generally unable to offer returns or refunds based only on taste preference or flavor expectation. However, if you believe there is a product quality issue (for example, an unusual taste, texture, or product condition), please reach out and we will gladly review it.

Lost or Marked Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with:

  • Household members

  • Neighbors

  • Building management / front desk

  • Your local carrier office

If you still cannot find your package, please contact us and we will work with you to review the shipment and next steps.

Refunds and Replacements

If your request is approved, we may offer either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on our end (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Orders Purchased from Other Retailers

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Poshi.com.

If you purchased Poshi products from Amazon, a retail store, or another seller, please contact that retailer directly for assistance with returns or refunds. If you have a product quality concern, you are still welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help.
