Shipping policy

At Poshi, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped quickly so your products arrive in great condition.

Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to all U.S. states except:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through Poshi.com.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Transit Time

Once shipped, delivery time may vary depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Most orders arrive within a standard domestic delivery window (2-5 business days), but transit times may vary based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday shipping periods

  • Other carrier-related delays are outside of our control

Holiday and Promotional Shipping Periods

During holidays, promotions, and other high-volume periods, order processing and carrier transit times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Shipping Delays

If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days, you may be eligible for a refund review.

This does not apply to delays caused by the carrier due to:

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Natural events

  • Carrier disruptions or service interruptions outside of Poshi’s control

If your order is delayed, please contact us through our contact form or email community@poshi.com,Β and we will review the shipment status with you.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • Household members

  • Neighbors

  • Building management or front desk

  • Mailroom or delivery area

  • Your local carrier office

If you still cannot find your package, please contact us through our contact form or at community@poshi.com. We will help review the shipment and next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Poshi is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout. If you notice an address issue after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form or by email at community@poshi.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Lot code

  • Best By date

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or refund, where applicable.

Orders Purchased from Other Retailers

This shipping policy applies only to purchases made directly through Poshi.com.

If you purchased Poshi products through Amazon or another retailer, shipping policies and delivery timelines are handled by that seller.
